SAKURA SCIENCE EXCHANGE PROGRAM

UNIVERSITY OF FUKUI – UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN

Hallo!! It’s been ages since my last trace here :D
Jadi setahun, hamper 12 bulan sama sekali nggak ngisi di blog ini, hehe. Well, aku emang gak terlalu suka ngisi konten gini huhuuu padahal banyak momen yang pengen aku share… quite a lot!
So, in these occasions yaah..moon maap ini aku nulis pake Bahasa campur aduk yak karena for the sake of my bad-english practice bagian writing jadi harap maklum, atau perbaiki jika memang dirasa perlu. This time im going to share about my recent activity (?), experience (?), yah gitu pokoknya tentang kegiatan yang baru aku ikuti tanggal 10-17 Januari lalu.
YES CHECK YOUR UNI WETHER HAS THIS PROGRAM, WHO KNOWS YOU ARE THE ONE GOING TO JAPAN ON 2021??!  Proses seleksi juga sepertinya depends on your Uni. Yes, info lain-lain silahkan cek google dan pihak kampus saja ya!

So, short-long story akhirnya aku terpilih setelah proses interview di kampus. Finally I (center) made to depart to Japan with Vonia (left) and Laras (right). They’re majoring in Chemistry while I myself, Food Technology.  We all are batch 2016. Pretty old, but wait, ternyata di sana mahasiswa atau umumnya target mahasiswa peneliti (yang mungkin diharapkan lanjut studi di Jepang) ya S1 yang mau lanjut S2 atau S2 yang mau lanjut S3. Yah, never too late pokoknya.

1st Day
We learnt about electrochemical-thingy? I think learnt about how to (basically) made a biosensor?

3rd Day
We got to see their advanced-machine/technology. It was located in Engineering Departement. Basically they have collaboration/cooperation with private companies on the research. These again, show how much Japan can integrate between education and a business-you know what I mean. Di Indonesia, lah kalah teknologi universitas dibandingkan dengan perusahaan (ya, kecuali kampus yang memang sudah prestige nya bagus ya..)

Scenery – from University of Fukui

Biofuel-cell experiment. I can’t really summaries those coz.. I can’t really proceed those, those were so different from my major… I just remember that the experiment didn’t turn well :D But the Professor and his students really tried best eventho..still hehe…
4th Day
Nanofiber creating by electrospinning.
We learnt to make maybe how to make fiber/fabric from saveral materials. We used PP, and (**** it was 4 characters but I forgot eehee)

We also got to company visit. We visited Maedakosen Co., Ltd. They are producing geoproduct that so useful-especially in a country with a lot of natural disaster.
The next company was NICCA CHEMICAL CO., LTD.
A chemical-based-products-company. They are so modern. I think so far, this company is the one that took my interest to. They care abuot employees, environment, and ofc products they made. Hei, they also have branch company in Indonesia! Just, if they also on F&B business L
One of last moments. Time flies. Officially, we only has 4 days in campus + farewell. Wasn’t that too short? Whatever, from the beginning I know I don’t want that day to come.
We deliver our presentation about what we did for the past 4 to 5 days, (I think?) Also we addressed our honour and our thought to be the participants of this program. That time, I already feel so saaaaddd L
That was farewell party. Ended. THANKYOU SO MUCH UNIVERSITY OF FUKUI.
THANK YOU SO MUCH ALL THE TEACHERS, STUDENTS, FRIENDS FROM VIETNAM, CHINA, AND OFC VONIA AND LARAS!
:) :)

It took me 1 hour to write down all these, im not a typical person to stay on laptop for over than an hour continuously. Im amazed! HEHE
Anyway that was lit, I still have side story, abuot me, my opinion, my thought, this was my first experience on flight, going abroad, and I still have a ton to share!!
But, the fact that now time is 10.30 p.m and tomorrow I have to go by train at 4 a.m insisted me that I need to stop write in order to have sleep or I’ll be zombie tomorrow :')
